Flew as a Navigator on day 9 and 11 of LBII with Pilot Gerry Wickline.
Thanks for your efforts on this site
Sierra Hotel. But I need the video. I was a Glasgow AFB, MT, B-52D EWO. I deployed on ARC LIGHT in Sep 1966- Apr 67 and again as an augmentee crew in Jun-Aug 1967. Then the Pueblo was captured and our unit deployed to Kadena in Operation PORT BOW in Jan 1968 and we flew ARC LIGHT missions from there. I returned home in Apr 68 to go PCS to the F-105F WILD WEASEL with 60 days TDY Enroute to Kwang Ju AB, ROK, in support of 12th TFW at Kadena. Ultimately, arriving at Takhli RTAFB, Thailand. I have seen the operation from both angles, though not Linebacker I or II. Sierra Hotel and Hand Salute.

Just by any chance do you know a John Lutkenhouse, EWO. B-52 H, Grand Forks to 105 Wild Weasel and I lost track of him?

Bill. Great magnet. I flew B-52 Ds & Fs out of Columbus from ‘64 to ‘68. Several ARC LIGHT missions out of Guam during that time and planner at 3AD. SAC Hqtrs, DOPLI/DOXI planing/tracking ARC LIGHT Apr’68 to Oct’71 then SAC ADVON in Saigon still ARC LIGHT for a year, then JCS J-3 Strat Ops, ARC LIGHT from Oct ‘72 to Oct ‘75 then back to B-52, 28th BW at Ellsworth. Promoted to 0-6 in ‘78 and that was the end of flying days in BUFFS. Retired after 30 years in ‘85. All in SAC except the 3 year “purple suit” tour in JCS. Thanks for what you are doing. Dave.
